About H1B Data Hub
Making H-1B visa salary data transparent and accessible for everyone
Our Mission
H1B Data Hub exists to make U.S. H-1B visa salary data freely accessible and easy to understand. Whether you're a job seeker researching salary benchmarks, an employer evaluating competitive wages, or a researcher studying immigration labor trends, our platform provides the tools and data you need.
Data Source
All data on H1B Data Hub comes from the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC). Employers are required to file Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) as part of the H-1B visa petition process, and these filings are released as public disclosure data on a quarterly basis.
Key Features
- •Search by employer, job title, or location across millions of H-1B filings
- •Detailed employer profiles with salary distributions and filing trends
- •State and city-level salary breakdowns and top employer rankings
- •Job title analysis with average and median salary comparisons
- •Year-over-year salary trends and filing volume analytics
Methodology
We process raw LCA disclosure files from the Department of Labor and normalize the data for consistency. Hourly wages are converted to annual equivalents using 2,080 work hours per year. Salary statistics (averages, medians) are computed from certified applications only, and salaries are capped at $1,000,000 to exclude outliers. Employer names are standardized to group related filings under a single profile.
